Refund policy
1. General
This Cancellation Policy is established in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 (the “Law”) and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771–2010. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this policy and the provisions of the Law, the provisions of the Law shall prevail.
2. Timeframes for Transaction Cancellation
Distance Selling Transaction (Online Purchase):
A consumer may cancel the transaction from the date the transaction was made and up to fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later.
Special Populations:
A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel a distance selling transaction within four (4) months from the date of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the transaction included a conversation (including electronic communication).
In-Store Purchase:
A transaction made in a physical store may be canceled, and a refund received, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product (excluding apparel and footwear – see Section 4 below).
3. Conditions for Cancellation
Cancellation of a transaction is subject to the return of the product to the business in unused condition and without any damage caused by the consumer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, insofar as possible. Opening the packaging alone shall not be deemed use of the product, unless proven otherwise.
4. Notes Regarding Specific Products
Apparel and Footwear:
Cancellation shall be permitted from the date of purchase until the end of two (2) days thereafter that are not rest days, provided that the price tag has not been removed.
Electrical and Electronic Products:
Cancellation shall be permitted within fourteen (14) days, provided that the product has not been connected to electricity (any such connection shall be deemed use).
5. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation Due to Defect or Non-Conformity:
In the event of cancellation due to a defect in the product, a discrepancy between the product and the details provided, or failure to supply the product on time, the consumer shall be entitled to a full refund with no cancellation fees.
Cancellation Due to Change of Mind (Not Due to Defect):
The business may charge a cancellation fee equal to the lower of:
• five percent (5%) of the product price, or
• NIS 100.
For transactions paid by credit card, additional clearing/processing fees may be deducted, provided such fees are proven by the business.
6. Products Not Eligible for Cancellation
In accordance with the Law, the right of cancellation shall not apply to:
• Products manufactured specifically for the consumer according to special measurements or requirements.
• Perishable products (such as food or flowers).
• Goods that can be recorded, duplicated, or reproduced, where the consumer has opened the original packaging.
• Underwear and swimwear.
7. Method of Cancellation Notice
The consumer may notify the business of a transaction cancellation by any of the following means:

8. Refund
The refund shall be issued within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, and by the same payment method used for the original transaction.
